Alma buys it and pays you in cash. Alma covers the 4% DLD fee at transfer.

Off-Plan Secure

Approaching handover but unable to complete the final payment? If the payment is missed, the developer can cancel the contract and a large part of what you have already paid is at risk. Alma settles the outstanding balance and protects the unit.

Your unit may qualify if

the project is at the handover stage, with the final payment due to collect the keys.

And

at least 50% of the purchase price has already been paid to the developer.
